ACCENT HIGHLIGHT -

This style uses only a few, strategically placed foils to add just enough highlight to accent your hair's movement. Think money piece or face framing.

BALAYAGE -

This freehand painting technique creates a custom highlight to enhance your natural color. Very low maintenance option that achieves a "lived-in" look. Think about “sunkissed” or “beachy” hair.

BASE COLOR / ALL OVER COLOR -

A Base Color/All Over Color is for gray coverage or all over one color. You may also book this service if you are looking for color at your roots to match your current all over color. No foils or highlights are included in this service.

FULL HIGHLIGHT -

A full highlight will focus on the front, through the crown, and underneath portion of the hair. The FULL head.

PARTIAL HIGHLIGHT -

A Partial Highlight will focus on your part line and around your face.

TRANSFORMATIONAL BLONDING -

- Full head of babylights + low lights

- Brown to Blonde

HAIRCUT -

Haircuts are anything from mid cheek - down. This option includes Percision Bobs, Long Layers, Face Framing, and Bangs.

CURLY CUT -

Do you wear your hair naturally curly? This option focuses on you. From tight curls to wavy curls.

BARBER TYPE HAIRCUT -

This option would be booked if you are receiving one of the following: Clipper Over Comb, Fades, or Over the Ear

TRANSFORMATION HAIRCUT / NEW CLIENT -

A Dramatic change of style or length (i.e. going from a super long length to above the shoulders or shorter).

WE TAKE GREAT PRIDE IN OUR REPUTATION FOR QUALITY PRODUCTS. IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH A PURCHASE, PLEASE PROMPTLY RETURN PRODUCTS FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE. WE DO NOT PROVIDE CASH BACK FOR RETURNS, ONLY STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE.

SERVICE SATISFACTION POLICY

IN THE EVENT YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICE, WE WILL GLADLY ADJUST IT FOR YOU! ADJUSTMENTS ARE SCHEDULED EXACTLY LIKE REGULAR APPOINTMENTS AND ARE PROVIDED AT NO CHARGE. TO QUALIFY FOR AN ADJUSTMENT, PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 10 DAYS OF YOUR ORIGINAL SERVICE DATE. YOUR ADJUSTMENT APPOINTMENT WILL BE SCHEDULED WITH THE SAME STYLIST WHO PERFORMED THE ORIGINAL SERVICE. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN FOR SERVICES PROVIDED.

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

A VALID CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE ANY APPOINTMENT. TO AVOID A NO SHOW/CANCELLATION CHARGE AND ENSURE APPOINTMENT AVAILABILITY FOR OTHER GUESTS, PLEASE RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL APPOINTMENTS BY CALLING THE SALON AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED SERVICE.

NO SHOWS WILL RESULT IN AN AUTOMATIC CHARGE OF 100% OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE/S. LATE CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULES WILL RESULT IN AN AUTOMATIC CHARGE OF 50% OF SCHEDULED SERVICE/S.

THIS CALL MUST BE PLACED WITHIN OUR BUSINESS HOURS AND CONFIRMED BY A FRONT DESK COORDINATOR OR MANAGER.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT, WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE FOR WHICH YOU HAVE BEEN SCHEDULED AND A 50% CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY.
