Prices will vary depending on the stylist.  If you’re on a budget or looking for a more firm guesstimate, no biggie! We feel you. You can always request a breakdown during the consultation and our stylists are happy to work with your budget. You can also call the front desk at any of our locations and they can give you some more specific pricing.

RETAIL PURCHASE POLICY

WE TAKE GREAT PRIDE IN OUR REPUTATION FOR QUALITY PRODUCTS. IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH A PURCHASE, PLEASE PROMPTLY RETURN PRODUCTS FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE. WE DO NOT PROVIDE CASH BACK FOR RETURNS, ONLY STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE.

SERVICE SATISFACTION POLICY

IN THE EVENT YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICE, WE WILL GLADLY ADJUST IT FOR YOU! ADJUSTMENTS ARE SCHEDULED EXACTLY LIKE REGULAR APPOINTMENTS AND ARE PROVIDED AT NO CHARGE. TO QUALIFY FOR AN ADJUSTMENT, PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 10 DAYS OF YOUR ORIGINAL SERVICE DATE. YOUR ADJUSTMENT APPOINTMENT WILL BE SCHEDULED WITH THE SAME STYLIST WHO PERFORMED THE ORIGINAL SERVICE. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN FOR SERVICES PROVIDED.

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

A VALID CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE ANY APPOINTMENT. TO AVOID A NO SHOW/CANCELLATION CHARGE AND ENSURE APPOINTMENT AVAILABILITY FOR OTHER GUESTS, PLEASE RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL APPOINTMENTS BY CALLING THE SALON AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED SERVICE.

NO SHOWS WILL RESULT IN AN AUTOMATIC CHARGE OF 100% OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE/S. LATE CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULES WILL RESULT IN AN AUTOMATIC CHARGE OF 50% OF SCHEDULED SERVICE/S.

THIS CALL MUST BE PLACED WITHIN OUR BUSINESS HOURS AND CONFIRMED BY A FRONT DESK COORDINATOR OR MANAGER.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT, WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE FOR WHICH YOU HAVE BEEN SCHEDULED AND A CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY.
